Same-day visa
Sending an application to the Home Office can mean that you have to wait weeks or even months for your visa application to be processed. Alternatively, you can apply in person to a Home Office Public Enquiry Office for the “same-day visa service” but, if you do, it is possible that you will have to spend a whole day there. This can be stressful experience, especially if the Home Office rejects your application because a crucial piece of information or evidence is missing. We can submit applications on your behalf to the Public Enquiry Office for a same-day visa service in various categories, including:
1. Indefinite leave to remain (ILR) (ie permanent residence)
2. Further leave to remain (FLR)
3. Spouse/unmarried partner/civil partner visa
4. Residence stamp transfer to a newly issued passport
5. International Graduate Scheme (IGS)
6. Extension applications and 'switching of status' applications.
We will prepare your application for you to a high standard, and we use a special courier who will personally deliver the application to the Public Enquiry Office and then wait for the Home Office staff to consider the application. In most circumstances you should have your endorsed passport back the next working day. Please note: this service is available only to applicants in the UK.
